Welcome to Barbados

Meet your arranged transfer at Grantley Adams International Airport, check in at the resort, and settle in before the group welcome dinner.

Welcome look: Island White + turquoise or gold

DAY 2

A taste of Bajan life

Join a hands-on Bajan cooking class with a local host and enjoy the meal you prepare. Return to the resort for a free afternoon by the pool or beach.

Day look: tropical colors or island prints

DAY 3

Sail, swim & connect

Head out for a shared catamaran yacht experience with a coastal sail, swimming, snorkeling, lunch, and drinks aboard. Spend the evening at leisure.

Day look: navy, white, or sea blue

DAY 4

Island highlights & farewell

Enjoy a guided island highlights outing with scenic stops, then return for downtime. Gather for a four-course Caribbean-inspired farewell dinner at a selected local venue.

Terms and Conditions

Pricing:
This trip is for adult couples only. Pricing is $2,995 per person based on two adults sharing a room ($5,990 per couple). The deposit is $200 per person ($400 per couple).
Non-Refundable:
The trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. We highly recommend the purchase of travel protection.
Change Fee:
A change fee of $50 per person will be applied for any modifications to the booking, plus any charges imposed by the supplier.
Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee of $50, plus any fees assessed by the supplier, will be applicable in the event of cancellation.
Payment Schedule:
Payments must be made monthly. There will be a 30-day grace period for each payment. Failure to submit payment within 60 days of the due date will result in cancellation of the booking. To reinstate the booking after cancellation, a $200 reinstatement fee will apply.
Full Payment Deadline:
Full payment for the booking must be made no later than August 1, 2027. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Passport Requirement:
A valid passport is required for all travelers, with a minimum validity of six months beyond the return date of the trip.
Travel Insurance:

Flights:
This is a land-only vacation package. Flights are not included; guests book their own flights. Airport transfers are included.
